At this phrase we discuss ideas, business model & find out if it's a good fit. Sample deliverables include NDAs, project requirement documentations & any legal agreements required
Mobilisation
Eight9 Digital engage our in-house HR team and local recruiters to build your remote team. The screening process is mutually agreed and the interview process involves both parties (we recommend using the same interview process as you would for your on-shore team)
Production
At this phrase we track how quickly a developer get up to speed and be productive to your business. Eight9 Digital will assist with conflicts resolution, language & culture education.
