Skill & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience within a digital environment - any ‘agency-side’ experience would be a huge advantage.
- Relevant qualifications and training with respect to Project Management and web technology.
- Ability to relate to clients and manage a number of client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Client relationship management
- Host workshops with clients to understand their solution requirements and expectations.
- Work with our internal team to review and identify client growth opportunities across all key streams such as Tech, Media, CRO, SEO, and Data.
- Funnel all agreed work into ‘sprints’ for the development team via clearly articulated tickets.
- Conduct WIP meetings with clients to go over the status of all activities and performances vs. goals.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet the requirements set out in the scope, design, and project blueprint.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Eight9 Digital portfolio / marketing plans & execution
Qualifications
